Your focus will be on supporting residents with daily living tasks, administering medication, and maintaining accurate records. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will also be involved in person-centred care planning, implementing care plans, and undertaking monthly evaluations. Additionally, you will support staff development and act as a key point of contact for residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals. To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate a genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support. You will be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders. In addition, you will hold an NVQ 3 or equivalent and have at least two years' experience in a similar care environment. A DBS Disclosure check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK are also mandatory for this position. In terms of salary, we offer a competitive £23,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes access to our Employee Assistance Programme, professional development opportunities, and more.
