We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to provide emotional support and companionship to our clients in their own homes. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play an important role in supporting our team in delivering high-quality care services that make a meaningful difference to the lives of our clients.

Duties:
Your duties may include:
- Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
- Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
- Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
- Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, or attending social/community events
- Assisting your client with their medication
Required Qualifications and Skills:
We ask for individuals who have the right to work in the UK, are 18+ years old, have a full driving license, and access to a fully insured car. You should also possess a warm heart, caring nature, love for care, reliability, responsibility, and passion for making a difference to someone's day. Local residence or willingness to travel to our clients is essential. Good communication skills both verbally and written are also required. Experience in care is valuable, but we offer full training from the start.
Benefits:
Double pay on bank holidays, minimum of 1-hour visits to clients giving you the time to care and get to know your clients, no uniform, paid mileage between calls after the first 10 miles (30p/mile), award-winning accredited training and development as standard. Salary: £12.50-£15.00 per hour.
