Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Lawyer to join our team at Chadwick Nott. As a key member of our litigation department, you will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a busy caseload of contentious probate, property litigation, construction disputes, professional negligence, and general dispute resolution matters.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on litigation strategies and tactics.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Contract Lawyer or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of civil and commercial litigation laws and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
