Nurse Practitioner

This exciting opportunity will see you working as a Registered Nurse in Norton Fitzwarren, with an estimated salary range of £23.71 per hour based on your location and experience. You will be working 19:30 - 08:00 shifts, including alternate weekends, and will have the opportunity to earn enhanced pay at an additional 50p per hour for evening and weekend work (terms and conditions apply).

• To provide high-quality nursing care to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
• To develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
• To participate in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualised care plans.
