Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Kier Group, working on water M&E projects across the Midlands, South Yorkshire, and Derbyshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure design, procurement, and site activities are completed within budget.
  • Conduct early site investigation works, producing and reviewing health and safety documentation, and procuring materials.
  • Attend site and works testing, commissioning, and client training, while negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Participate in design reviews and hazard studies to develop effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Industry-relevant Mechanical ONC/HNC/B.Eng or NVQ equivalent.
  • Proven experience in the Water Industry or similar projects and equipment.
