About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Administrative Coordinator - Records Control to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. As a key member of our Document Control team, you will be responsible for managing electronic records, maintaining spreadsheets, and ensuring compliance with security protocols for the Canadian Surface Combatant program.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, control, and document electronic records for the Canadian Surface Combatant (CSC) program related to technical information and feedback from Lockheed Martin/Irving Shipbuilding Incorporated
  • Maintain and update various spreadsheets and toolsets (e.g., Windchill) to provide program metrics
  • Ensure accurate permissions for sharing confidential documents and compliance with security marking protocols before sharing with external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative position
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of stakeholders
Benefits

You will receive a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your annual salary, you will also receive benefits including a generous annual leave allowance and paid sick leave.
