We are an industry leader in the field of facilities maintenance, and we are currently looking for a skilled HVAC Engineer to join our growing team.


The Role

As the HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance duties across a large commercial site in Coalville. Your primary focus will be on working with split systems, VRV's, VRF's, multi-splits, changing and cleaning filters on AHU's, FCU's, basic mechanical and fabric maintenance across the site.


To achieve this, you will need to have a solid understanding of HVAC systems and be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.


What You'll Need to Succeed

  • A minimum of F Gas Cat 1 certification is essential for this role, as you will be required to handle refrigerant systems.
  • Experience in a facilities maintenance or building service role is highly desirable, as it will demonstrate your ability to work with different types of equipment and systems.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to adapt to new situations will also be key to your success in this position.
