Bartending Professional

We are seeking a skilled Bartending Professional to join our team at Bally's Corporation. As a Mixology Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

• Mix and serve a variety of beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the restaurant menu and make recommendations to guests.
• Handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
• Stock and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior bartending experience preferred, especially in front bars.
• Must obtain an ABC card prior to beginning employment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and nights as needed.
• Successful background check and lottery license required.
• Presents a professional appearance and adheres to company dress code.

Estimated Salary Range: $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience.
