Job Title: Clinical Healthcare Innovation Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Healthcare Innovation Manager to join our team at Insulet Corporation. As a Clinical Healthcare Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for advancing our in-country clinical strategy in line with the NICE Implementation plan, with the aim of increasing product adoption, usage, and customer success with Omnipod therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to support the adoption of Omnipod therapy in the UK and Benelux regions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and medical affairs, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Design and deliver training programs for internal clinical and sales teams to drive expertise and achieve a best-in-class service to our customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to promote the benefits of insulin pump therapy and Omnipod.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity to ensure Insulet remains a leader in the market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the med-tech industry, with a focus on diabetes technology and clinical innovation.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction through clinical innovation and strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies effectively.
