Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Cloud Native Banking Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering department, you'll play a crucial role in designing, building, and deploying scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-native infrastructure for our global banking platform.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Implement Cloud-Native Infrastructure: You'll be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-native infrastructure using AWS services such as EKS, VPC, RDS, EC2, S3, Load Balancing, and IAM.
  • Servicing-Oriented Architecture and Containerization: You'll work on service-oriented architecture with containers, distributed systems, and immutable infrastructure to ensure seamless delivery of our banking platform.
  • Infrastructure as Code and Provisioning: You'll utilize Terraform to manage infrastructure provisioning, ensuring consistency and efficiency across our global environment.
  • Observability and Automation: You'll implement observability software and automation using scripting languages like Golang or Python to streamline processes and minimize manual intervention.
  • CICD Pipeline Development: You'll design and develop CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment of our banking platform.
  • API Management and Security: You'll ensure the security and compliance of our API management system, adhering to frameworks like ISO27001, SOC2, and PCI-DSS.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS Services: You should have hands-on experience with AWS services, including EKS, VPC, RDS, EC2, S3, Load Balancing, and IAM.
  • Containerization and Immutable Infrastructure: You should be familiar with containerization and immutable infrastructure principles to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery.
  • Terraform and IaC: You should have expertise in Terraform and infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts to manage infrastructure provisioning.
  • Automation and Scripting: You should be proficient in automation using scripting languages like Golang or Python to streamline processes.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Development: You should have experience in designing and developing CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment of applications.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
