Interaction Recruitment have partnered with a leading manufacturer of Agricultural Engineering Equipment to support the growth of their team.
Due to the growth of the business, our client is now looking to add a workshop controller to their team based at their Cirencester site.

Benefits:- 32 days holiday including bank holidays - increasing with service
- All overtime after 37.5 hours midweek, x2 on Sundays and Bank Holidays (£21.50 per hour)
- Plenty of overtime available per week (average availability is 15-20 hours)
- Additional £5,590pa / Average (15 hours) : Additional £16,770pa
- Holiday overtime pay - paid in May (£1,500 paid last year)
- Ongoing commitment to training and progression
- Pension scheme - 3% employee minimum, 8% employer

Liaise with engineering team to coordinate and allocate work for the service department.
Oversee daily operations of the workshop, ensuring that all work is completed as effectively and efficiently as possible by the service team.
Ensure that the workshop is running smoothly on a day-to-day basis, dealing with any potential problems that may arise efficiently.
Requirements:- Previous experience working as a workshop controller (essential) - preferably within the agricultural industry (advantageous)
- Previous experience in an office/workshop-based environment (essential)
