Job Title: Senior Wills and Estate Planning Solicitor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wills and Estate Planning Solicitor to join our team in Basingstoke. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trust work and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a varied caseload including Wills, LPAs, Trusts, and Court of Protection work
  • Collaborate with financial advisers, wealth managers, tax advisers, and other professionals
  • Work closely with other teams within the firm to facilitate cross-referrals and support departmental growth
  • Support Partners in the department while managing your own files and matters

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years PQE
  • Experience in trust work preferred, but not essential
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build and expand your own client base
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with professionals and clients
