We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Planning Assistant to join our team at Evelyn Partners. As a key member of our Financial Planning department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Financial Planners in meeting and engaging with clients to provide high-level advice and achieve their financial objectives.
  • Support clients in understanding and implementing financial planning strategies and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing needs are met.
  • Work closely with Investment Management colleagues to develop client relationships and deliver new instructions and referrals.
Requirements
  • Holds a relevant Financial Planning level 4 qualification or above (aspiring for Level 7) and maintains an up-to-date Statement of Professional Standing.
  • Previous experience working within a financial planning role, providing assistance on clients' needs and requirements.
  • Ability to deal with new and existing clients on a fee basis.
  • Technical/product knowledge and effective communication of wide-ranging holistic financial planning strategies and solutions.
  • Ability to understand and communicate advice practices and processes clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
