We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our team in Medway, Kent. As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Advisers and Paraplanners in delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare meeting packs for Financial Advisers and Paraplanners
- Process new business, including life, pensions, and investments
- Administer group schemes and maintain our back-office system, Intelligent Office
- Liaise with providers and handle client inquiries
- Ensure administration and compliance are completed to a high standard
- Friendly and professional telephone manner
- Experience in IFA administration, with knowledge of various platforms
- Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Comfortable with compliance and FCA regulations
- Team player with a passion for pursuing a career in financial services
- 100% office-based role in Medway, Kent
- Monday to Friday, pm
- Salary range: £25,000-£28,000
- Quarterly bonus, up to £2,000 per annum
- Parking on site
- Company pension (3%)
- 20 days holiday, rising to 25 + extra leave at Christmas
- Full support for professional qualifications (Level 4 Diploma in financial planning)
