Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join their dynamic team, providing technical design support across a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, light industrial, and heritage/conservation works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead your own projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD technicians.
  • Work collaboratively with the engineering department to uphold best practices and improve design services.
  • Provide technical expertise in the design of structures using Steel, Concrete, Masonry, and Timber materials.
  • Ensure compliance with British Standards, Eurocodes, and relevant design guidance.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a UK-based design consultancy.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and technical design skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
