About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Kenton Black. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a large package of works on a £250m RC Frame project in the Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project with a leading Main Contractor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the on-site team of Sub-Contractors and suppliers to deliver high-quality projects safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client requirements, project programmes, and budgeted costs.
  • Liaise with the Contracts Manager & Project Coordinator to drive a consistent & proactive approach to health & safety on site, managing hazards & risks.
  • Ensure all contractors & visitors are thoroughly inducted onto sites and monitor the progress of the project programme.
  • Build an understanding of the project budgets to drive efficiencies and oversee contractor performance.
About You
  • Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager.
  • Experience of working within the Construction industry for a Main Contractor, specifically on Design and Build; sound knowledge of JCT and NEC Conditions of Contract.
  • Experience with RC Framework.
  • Experience in MEP head houses.
  • SMSTS.
