About the Position

We are seeking a talented Marketing Performance Manager to join our team at Recruitment Revolution. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and optimising digital marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI, as well as designing and implementing content strategies surrounding content marketing, marketing automation, paid social advertising, SEO, PPC and referral marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and optimising digital marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Designing and implementing content strategies surrounding content marketing, marketing automation, paid social advertising, SEO, PPC and referral marketing.
  • Overseeing the rollout and continuous optimisation of marketing technologies to enhance productivity.
  • Manage customer data, ensuring full compliance with data privacy regulations.

About You

  • 7+ years in digital marketing with a focus on growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Proven ability to create and manage campaigns that generate and nurture high-quality leads using SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and email.
  • Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Force24, and CRM platforms.
  • Expertise in improving user experiences and conversion funnels.
