About the Role
\This dynamic position offers the opportunity to work across multiple sites, with a primary base at Doddington and regular travel to other NWAFT locations. You will play a vital role in leading and supporting the outpatient nursing team, delivering safe, effective and compassionate care in a community outpatient setting.
\Main Duties

- Provide clinical leadership and management to the outpatient nursing team.\
- Ensure the delivery of safe and high-quality patient care in a community setting.\
- Support the development and training of staff, fostering a culture of excellence.\
Salary: £43,041 - £70,899 per annum (dependent on experience)
