We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our Fashion & Retail Personnel team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving digital growth and enhancing the customer journey across all markets.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing fashion retailer with an ambitious growth trajectory forecast for the next five years. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the digital marketing budget and developing multi-channel campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance the customer journey
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and optimize marketing investments for efficiency and growth
  • Oversee the portfolio of agency partners and ensure marketing investments are optimized
  • Develop and implement CRM and digital marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and conversion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in digital marketing, preferably in the retail industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of CRM best practices and A/B testing
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
