Job Summary:
Maintain and optimize injection moulding equipment in a high-speed production environment at Black Fox Solutions. Assist with tool maintenance, machinery upkeep, and process improvement.

About the Role:
This technician role involves ensuring smooth operation of mould tools and machines, including routine maintenance, repair, and installation. The successful candidate will also contribute to process optimization and troubleshooting efforts. Key requirements include extrusion experience, general workshop skills, and proficiency in milling, turning, and welding.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance on mould tools and machinery
* Assist in the removal, stripping, cleaning, repair, and installation of mould tools and auxiliary equipment
* Contribute to process optimization and troubleshooting initiatives

Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience in an extrusion-related field
* Strong understanding of injection moulding processes and principles
* Proficiency in machining operations (milling, turning, etc.)
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £38,500 per annum.
