We are seeking a seasoned Community & Reception Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Central London.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead our community engagement initiatives, develop strong relationships with community members, stakeholders, and partners, and create a highly social and engaged workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute community strategies to enhance engagement and foster a sense of belonging among community members.
- Plan and organize community events to facilitate networking and collaboration.
- Cultivate relationships with community members, stakeholders, and partners to strengthen the community ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- Proven experience in community management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics tools.
- Possession of a passion for building communities and creating positive experiences for members.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- An estimated salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
