Job DescriptionAs a Night Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the care provided to our residents. You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and community health professionals, using your initiative to motivate and lead others. Your role will involve working closely with the home managers to supervise staff and ensure high-quality, person-centred care.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in a similar position, such as care, supported housing, or health settings.
