Junior Marketing Executive Opportunity

VANRATH is assisting a leading global law firm in finding a talented Junior Marketing Executive to join their team.

This is a hybrid working position, with 3 days spent in our state-of-the-art office in Belfast City Centre and 2 days working from home. The role is a Monday to Friday, permanent position with a fully negotiable salary and a global benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide business development and client relationship management support for the global Life Sciences and Healthcare group.
  • Collaborate with the LS&H team, including the global BD lead, global sector manager, and lead sector partners.
  • Handle ad hoc BD/CRM tasks as needed.
  • Manage client information, marketing collateral, and directory submissions for the LS&H sector.
  • Ensure data accuracy and collaborate with BD/CRM managers to update marketing materials.
  • Oversee legal directory submissions and coordinate client account management tasks.
  • Handle event logistics for virtual and in-person LS&H events.
  • Conduct market and client research, prepare proposals and reports.
  • Develop sector expertise and support firm-wide initiatives such as merger integration projects.
  • Creative and design skills for presentations, proposals, and event materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
