About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demi Chef De Partie - Dim Sum to join our team at The Lab London. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dim sum dishes to our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dim sum dishes to meet our culinary standards;
  • Work collaboratively with our culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery;
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety protocols;
  • Develop and implement new dim sum recipes and menu items to enhance our culinary offerings;
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury venue;
  • Passion for Asian cuisine and exceptional service standards;
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team;
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible;
  • Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently;
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
