**Job Summary**
We are seeking a full-time, permanent Junior Web Administrator to join our Online team in Camberley, the hub of our online operations. As a valued member of our team, you will play an integral part in our day-to-day responsibilities, including product management, customer inquiries, and website upkeep.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries regarding our loyalty program
- Handle product images, editing, and uploading to the site
- Write and proofread product descriptions
- Provide general support and upkeep of the website on a custom CMS platform
**Requirements**
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages (essential) and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
- Previous experience in website administration or e-commerce is preferred but not essential
