A highly rewarding opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Senior Nurse to lead our dementia care team in Bedfordshire. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional care and services to individuals with mid-late stage dementia.

To be considered for this role, you must possess a strong background in nursing, with experience working with people who have dementia. You should also hold a supervisory position within the social care sector.

The ideal candidate will promote an enabling environment, ensuring high standards of professional practice are maintained at all times. They will also provide guidance and support to the staff team, encouraging them to work towards achieving their goals.

Key requirements include:

  • Demonstrable management experience within a similar role
  • Experience of working with dementia patients
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead a team

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to £44,678 per annum, based on a hourly rate of £21.48. Additional benefits include:
