Your role will involve overseeing the daily operations, ensuring that all processes are streamlined for maximum efficiency and that quality standards are consistently met. You will also be responsible for training and developing your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to best practices. This includes ensuring that housekeeping standards are always kept to a high level and helping to ensure accurate and efficient processes are created and followed.

  • Work closely with other leaders to help ensure all required items and orders enter and exit the department in full and efficiently.
  • Identify skills gaps and work to ensure gaps are filled and training is completed and signed off according to the defined processes.
  • Annual performance plans with team members.
  • Work alongside our Coworker Success (HR) team to manage performance and any disciplinary procedures.

We are looking for a strong leader who can positively influence and inspire others to excel. You should have a passion for the IT industry, particularly providing pre-delivery configuration of customers' equipment. Business management skills, with a total commitment to the highest levels of customer service, are essential. You should also be able to get stuff done whilst managing competing pressures and deadlines and retaining an eye for detail and quality.
