About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including suprapubic catheter care, peg feeding, and medication administration.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, including wheelchair use and transfer.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Requirements
  • Experience in complex care, including suprapubic catheter care, peg feeding, and medication administration.
  • Ability to drive and have a valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
