Job Responsibilities

This role will involve supporting a busy and fast-paced recruitment team, providing a positive candidate experience, and working collaboratively with colleagues on various workstreams and projects. You will be responsible for managing multiple work strands, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion of pre-employment checks and recruitment processes.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to improvements in our recruitment and onboarding process, which is currently undergoing a change process. Your ideas and suggestions will be valued and considered.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service environment
  • Proven ability to use MS Office systems, including Word, Excel, and Access
  • Familiarity with employment legislation and recruitment databases

Please note that this role requires flexibility to attend in-person events and training days as needed. You will need to be able to commute to the office twice a week minimum.
