Key Requirements:
- Sales Order Management: Ensure accurate contract terms are captured in our CRM and business systems, and communicated effectively within the organization.
- SaaS Metrics and Revenue Reporting: Oversee the accurate tracking and analysis of key SaaS financial metrics, providing valuable insights for strategic planning.
- Revenue Incentive Management: Manage quota planning, sales commission calculation and reporting, and other revenue incentive-related processes.
- Forecasting: Support the development of revenue forecasting models, analyzing various data sources to provide accurate projections, identify trends, and assess potential risks and opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Operations, Data, and other cross-functional teams to enhance reporting systems, track performance, and improve data integrity.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Revenue Operations, specifically within high-growth SaaS environments.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to balance speed and accuracy.
- Experience in commercial process design and implementation, ensuring effective data capture for analysis and reporting.
- Proven ability to find end-to-end solutions to issues and work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Data teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and structured manner.
- Proven track record in financial modeling, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and/or BI tools.
- Experience in CRM systems administration is preferred.
