Geotechnical Engineer Graduate Programme

We are seeking highly motivated and talented graduates to join our Geotechnical Engineering Graduate Programme at RPS Group.

As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will work with a strong team of experienced consultants, providing support and assistance across a range of projects and technical areas. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and progress your career within our renewable infrastructure, building structures, and highways sectors.

Our Geotechnical Engineering Graduate Programme is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in your career. You will be trained in providing consultancy advice to our clients, contributing towards the success of the team through the effective delivery of projects and ensuring the development of key client relationships.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for graduates who are on course for achieving a relevant degree in one of the following subjects:

  1. BEng / BSc / MEng Civil Engineering
  2. Geotechnical Engineering
  3. Geology
