Welding Operations Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fabrication and Welding Technician to join our team at Wright Engineering. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of welding operations across various projects. You will work closely with construction managers, welders, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in welding supervision, procedure management, and non-destructive testing. They should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills to interact with diverse groups. The estimated salary for this position is £37,500 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the quality and efficiency of welding operations across various projects.
  • Work closely with construction managers, welders, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures.
  • Perform on-site NDT inspections and document results.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in welding supervision, procedure management, and non-destructive testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
