Facilities Management Specialist

We are looking for an experienced facilities manager to join our team at the National Education Union.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that Hamilton House operates smoothly and efficiently, with minimal disruption to occupants.
To achieve this, you will need to have strong project management skills, as well as experience of managing contracts and relations with external suppliers and stakeholders.
As a facilities manager with NEBOSH qualification, you will be responsible for maintaining a healthy and safe environment for occupants, while also overseeing the day-to-day management of our office.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a luncheon allowance, annual leave, and a defined benefit pension scheme. Salary and benefits are pro-rata for part-time applicants.
Key Requirements:
- NEBOSH qualification
- Experience of managing contracts and relations with external suppliers and stakeholders
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to maintain a healthy and safe environment for occupants
Estimated Salary: £59,326 per annum (plus £1,308 luncheon allowance)
