Award-Winning Firm Seeks Ambitious Conveyancer

**About the Role**

Sacco Mann is recruiting a talented Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their growing team in Nottingham. As a key member of the busy Residential Conveyancing department, you will work on a mixed caseload of sales and purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, freehold and leasehold properties, and registered and unregistered titles.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, and leasehold properties
* Collaborate with experienced fee earners and solicitors to deliver high-quality results
* Participate in marketing and business development activities to promote the department's services
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

**Requirements**

* At least 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing, with a strong understanding of shared ownership leases, right to buys, assents, severances of joint tenancies, and general property matters
* Excellent client care skills and confidence in networking
* A desire to build a career in residential conveyancing
