Career Development Opportunities

As a Recruitment Consultant Apprentice at Aqua Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the field of recruitment. You will be working closely with our experienced team to learn about the latest recruitment techniques and strategies.

You will also have access to regular training and development opportunities, including full on-the-job training and off-the-job training supported by our Training Provider – Davidson Training UK Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resourcing candidates through various means, including job boards and social media platforms.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

Our Recruitment Consultant Apprentices play a vital role in helping us to achieve our goals. If you are motivated, ambitious and have a passion for recruitment, we would love to hear from you.

Benefits

As a Recruitment Consultant Apprentice at Aqua Healthcare, you can expect a competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, plus numerous incentives and regular team social events. You will also receive a guaranteed salary increase once you have completed your apprenticeship.

Skills Required

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive approach to your work.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and are eager to learn and develop their skills. If you have a degree or equivalent qualification in a related field, it would be advantageous but not essential.
