**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Claims Handler to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As a Claims Handler, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and delivering excellent service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage claims from initial receipt to resolution, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Communicate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Conduct thorough investigations and assessments to determine claim validity and liability.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement best practices and process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and company policies to ensure compliance.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in claims handling, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Good IT skills, with experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.
