We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Domestic Appliance Field Service Engineer. As a Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of outsourced support and repair of domestic appliances. As a Trainee Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving technical issues with domestic appliances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve technical issues with domestic appliances
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and goals
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of domestic appliances and their technical specifications
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence with no more than 6 points
  • Previous electrical/mechanical experience is desirable
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
