Automotive Center Director

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Center Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our educational center in Littlehampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the center's administrative tasks, facilities, and resources, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation and compliance with regulatory standards.

1. Manage the overall operation of the center, including administrative tasks, facilities management, and resource allocation.
2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation and compliance with regulatory standards.
3. Supervise and coordinate center staff, including administrative personnel, receptionists, and support staff.
4. Collaborate with academic staff and department heads to support the implementation of educational programs and initiatives.
5. Promote a positive and inclusive culture within the center community, promoting teamwork, respect, and mutual support.

1. Proven experience in school administration, center management, or a related field.
2. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve goals and objectives.
3. Sound knowledge of educational policies, regulations, and best practices.
4. Commitment to the center's mission and values, with a passion for education and student welfare.
5. Passion to support and empower children and young people.
6. A DBS on the Updates Service or willingness to obtain one.
7. Commitment to safeguarding students and young people.
