The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technician to join our dedicated technical team in Warrington. The ideal candidate will possess experience working on design and build projects, excellent communication skills, and strong time management and coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure seamless project execution
  • Conduct site surveys and coordinate general site activities
  • Oversee build and services coordination
  • Develop and deliver high-quality tender and construction packages
  • Manage job projects from inception to completion
  • Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building control, and general regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Architectural Technician or similar role
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software
  • Basic knowledge of building regulations
  • Full UK driving license
