Adult Skills Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Adult and Community Skills Coach to join our team at Bromford. As a key member of our learning and development team, you will play a crucial role in creating and delivering innovative learning solutions that meet the needs of our business and customers.
As a customer trainer, you will design and deliver customer-focused training interventions while continuously improving our learning content. You will collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure that our training is relevant and impactful, manage our learning management system to maintain accurate records, and actively engage with customers and customer-facing teams to stay attuned to their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our customers and business.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in housing and managing tenancies, with a solid understanding of related policies and systems.
- Proven ability to deliver and facilitate learning interventions with a customer focus.
- CIH Level 3 qualification is required; CIH Level 4 is desirable or should be pursued soon after starting.
- Proficiency with mobile devices, presentation platforms, and Bromford systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility in working hours.
