The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through exceptional customer support and effective up-selling.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • IDentify opportunities to up-sell products and increase sales revenue.
  • Provide accurate product information to customers.
  • Manage sales administration tasks such as order processing, invoicing, and documentation.

Working Conditions: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm. Estimated Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
