Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventative measures
- Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures to reduce environmental impact
- Report and liaise with site leads and group HSE partners
Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge of HSE regulations
- Experience in a senior HSE role with strong leadership skills
- Demonstrable knowledge of ISO standards 9001, 14001, 45001
- Experience in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in Health and Safety
