We are seeking an experienced Homecare Support Specialist to join our team in Hungerford, providing essential support to adults in their own homes.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality homecare services, ensuring clients receive the support they need to live safely and independently
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting social interaction and reducing feelings of loneliness
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, toileting, and dressing
  • Help with mobility around the home and assist with daily living activities, promoting independence and safety
  • Administer medication and provide medical support when required

About You:

  • You will need to have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
  • You must have the Right to Work in the UK
  • You will be adaptable, kind-hearted, and put others first
