The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting senior planners, conducting research and analysis, and drafting key planning documents. This role involves working on large-scale projects, handling smaller planning applications independently, and building relationships with clients and industry professionals.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the company. In this role, you will develop innovative solutions and strategies for projects, manage smaller projects from inception to completion, and stay up-to-date with relevant planning policies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Supporting senior planners in large-scale projects
  • Handling smaller planning applications independently
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform project decisions
  • Writing comprehensive planning appraisals of land and building proposals
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and industry professionals
