Sales and Medical Detailing Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Sales Representative to join our National Medical Detailing team in NE London. As a key member of the L'Oréal Dermatological Division, you will be responsible for detailing CeraVe, La Roche Posay, and Vichy products to healthcare professionals across your territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve regional sales targets through implementing individual activity plans, taking into account call rates, coverage, and frequency of calling on identified customers, including GPs, primary care prescribers, community pharmacists, and retail pharmacists.
  • Develop a Territory Action Plan outlining activities to be undertaken at territory level, with clear and SMART objectives agreed with the Medical Relations Manager.
  • Maintain high levels of product knowledge, especially key clinical papers and customer and competitor knowledge, participating in training programmes as necessary.
  • Manage territory AV meetings and sponsorship budgets to ensure budget compliance.

This is a field-based role with an expectation to operate in a hybrid way when necessary, delivering impactful customer calls/group meetings via Veeva/Microsoft Teams and organizing/executing impactful virtual webinars.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a medical sales background with proven track record in driving success, primary, secondary care, and key account management experience being desirable. They will also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent selling, negotiation, and networking skills, and empathy in creating genuine and trustful relationships with diverse people.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including profit share scheme, pension plan, and incentives for continuous improvement. You will also benefit from exceptional management and leadership programmes, flexible working hours, and early finishes on Fridays during the summer.
