### Job Description

#### Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Civils Site Supervisor to join our team at Utility Line. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our live project sites and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working nationwide
* Deliver briefings and de-briefings to ensure effective communication
* Supervise the delivery of all onsite works, ensuring high-quality results
* Identify and report potential safety issues to the Health & Safety Manager
* Manage sub-contractors and ensure timely delivery of project works
* Order materials, supplies, and equipment as needed
* Conduct site surveys and issue job packs to ensure project readiness
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures

#### Qualifications and Experience

* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
* Civils supervisory experience and knowledge, preferably in the ICP or Electrical Utilities industry
* Experience managing onsite Civils teams
* SMSTS/SSSTS card and Street Works Supervisor Ticket
* First Aid Qualified and CSCS/EUSR
* UK Driving License
* Good understanding of CDM and self-motivated with excellent communication skills
