Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Family Law Solicitor to join our team. As a Private Family Solicitor with LJW Solutions, you will be responsible for independently managing a diverse and complex caseload of Private Family matters. This includes, but is not limited to, handling cases related to the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (TOLATA), Matrimonial Disputes, and Financial Settlements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse and complex caseload of Private Family matters
  • Handle cases related to TOLATA, Matrimonial Disputes, and Financial Settlements
  • Provide exceptional legal services to clients
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
