About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Priory Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to lead independent lives and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support and care to service users, maintaining dignity and respect at all times.
- Support service users in achieving their outcomes, promoting choice and involvement at all times.
- Complete daily administration, including updating support plans and recording accurate daily notes.
- Maintain professional relationships with service users, their families, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the maintenance of safety, security, and confidentiality standards.
- Undertake keyworking responsibility for individual service users, supporting them to plan goals and personal outcomes.
Requirements
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Willingness to work towards a Diploma/SVQ 2 in Health and Social Care.
- Previous experience in a care or supported living role is desirable.
