Care Team Leader Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Runwood Care Homes. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver person-centred care to our residents
  • Maintain accurate records and build strong relationships with colleagues
  • Assist the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in providing essential care and support
  • Administer medication and carry out medication audits
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience in person-centred care planning and caring for people with dementia
  • Ability to lead a team and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
