About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Account Development Specialist to join our team at Priory Group. As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to expand existing services.

This role involves regular travel across the UK and working closely with our Senior Leadership Team, Call Centre Operations Manager, Counselling Services Operations Manager, Contracts Manager, and service partners/suppliers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage service delivery to meet customer requirements.
  • Collate and provide regular statistical and qualitative feedback on service usage to customer organisations.
  • Maintain accurate records of activity including contractual information, renewal dates, customer contact information, email and phone call logs.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
